I have worked in the care industry for the past 20 years as a Head Chef & a Hospitality Manager, while I was studying Applied Positive & Coaching Psychology since 2007. This unique combination of experience and education had made me a very knowledgeable and exceptional professional. What fuels my passion for championing the lifestyle of the elderly in care is the loss of my father. Sadly, he passed away in a care home where his medical condition was neglected and his nutritional well-being was overlooked. Hence, I have taken it upon myself to try and prevent anything like that happening to anyone else if I can, by coaching, supporting, consulting, training and educating any professionals in the industry.
